Southmead Guesthouse can accommodate up to 17 people. It has singles, doubles, triples and quad rooms. Most rooms are en-suite but there are standard rooms with a shared bathroom should you wish a cheaper option. Rooms are private and not shared by others. Full English breakfast and car parking included. Free wifi available. 5 minutes walk from Llanelli town centre and 5 minutes away from the beach. Many contractors, and tourists use the guesthouse as it is close to Swansea and has many sites of interest such as golf courses, Dart events, Skate Park, Ffos Las Horse races, Scarlett's Rugby stadium and many restaurants, cafe's, pubs and clubs.
The guesthouse is in the town of Llanelli and is a 30 minute drive from Swansea and a 45 minute drive from Carmarthen.
The Southmead Guesthouse is in a brilliant and convenient location. Situated between Llanelli Town Centre and the Millennium Coastal Park. It is within 10 minutes from the town centre, and the local railway station.
Not only that but its extremely close to both Pembrey Country Park, and The National Botanical Gardens Of Wales. If you have children or are young at heart, there is a lot to offer with the activities of Carmarthen, Llanelli and Swansea plus Oakwood Theme Park is just an hour away.
