Clean, well maintained property, helpful staff (when they are there). Rooms, linens, towels very clean. OP Cafe next door is excellent value and delicious food. Generous parking and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to downtown LA via private car rental. Small private king size bedoom well equiped with flat screen TV was very nice.

I was incredibly and pleasantly surprised by the quality to value ratio. The bathrooms could've been a little bit better, but the atmosphere was great, the room was above and beyond anything I expected. In short, I would definitely return. Oh, and free parking. Los Angeles parking can be something else.

After staying at the Radisson Hotel for a couple of nights for a conference, I have to say that my stay at the Ocean Park Hotel was far more enjoyable! The place has a really great atmosphere - very bright, very clean, very comfortable. I only stayed at a night but really enjoyed it. It is a little far from the beach though - about an hour's walk (there might have been a shortcut?). In any case, if I visit LA again this would be where I'd stay! Great value for money.

Very impressed with the Ocean Park hotel. The place looked freshly painted and renovated. I had a private room that was beautiful; lovely bed, matching dressing table, chest of draws, presonal sink, fridge, microwave and a TV. Unbelieveable for $50! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The manager is really nice. The ladies bath is locked at all times and only female guests get a key. I was so surprised to see that the rooms even provided little swiss shampoos and conditioners! The bathroom was very clean, I didn't feel like I couldn't put my things down for fear of contamination like in other hotel/hostels. The bathroom was painted like a beach house - blue and white, looked great and even smelled nice! Highly recommend the Ocean Park Hotel.

Ocean Park Hotel has a quite friendly atmosphere that is greatly appreciated by all of our guests. Each room is comfortably designed to meet the needs of any style traveler.
While relaxing in our rooms, our guests can enjoy cable TV on our flat screen TV's, free WiFi, Mini Refrigerator and Microwave. Each room also comes equipped with a sink and vanity mirror.
Communal bathrooms are offered to all of our guests. Each shared bathroom has two shower stalls and two bathroom stalls in it, and the mens has a urinal. There are no bathrooms in the bedrooms.
A Laundry Room is also available to our guests for their use. Each washer and dryer is coin operated.
With Free On-Site Parking, it is sure to make your coming and going accessible and easy.
The Ocean Park Cafe is conveniently located next door to the hotel and offers breakfast and lunch menus during business hours of 7am to 3pm Monday through Sunday!
